Position Overview: As the Lead Data Analytics Consultant, you'll play a pivotal role in leading our data analytics consulting practice and driving business value for our clients. You'll lead a team of talented data analysts and consultants, collaborating closely with clients to understand their business challenges, develop data-driven solutions, and deliver actionable insights. Requirements Key Responsibilities: Leadership: Provide strategic direction, mentorship, and leadership to a team of data analysts and consultants, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration. Client Engagement: Lead client engagements from start to finish, including scoping, requirements gathering, analysis, solution development, and delivery, ensuring high-quality solutions that meet client objectives. Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, cultivate client relationships, and drive business growth through proactive engagement and thought leadership in data analytics. Solution Development: Lead the development of innovative data analytics solutions to address client challenges and meet business objectives, leveraging advanced analytics techniques and industry best practices. Data Analysis: Conduct advanced data analysis to uncover insights, identify trends, and develop actionable recommendations, using statistical analysis techniques, machine learning algorithms, and data visualization tools. Client Presentations: Present analysis findings, insights, and recommendations to clients in clear and compelling presentations, and facilitate discussions to drive alignment and decision-making. Project Management: Manage end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, and monitoring, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions that exceed client expectations. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, software developers, and business stakeholders, to ensure alignment of data analytics solutions with business needs and technical requirements. Knowledge Sharing: Share expertise and best practices in data analytics with colleagues and clients, and facilitate knowledge sharing sessions and workshops to build client capabilities in data-driven decision-making. Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data analytics, and continuously seek opportunities to improve processes, methodologies, and tools. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related field. 8+ years of experience in data analytics, consulting, or a related field, with a focus on delivering data-driven solutions and driving business value. Proven leadership experience, with a track record of successfully leading data analytics teams and delivering impactful solutions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in statistical analysis, data mining, and predictive modeling. Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, R, or similar. Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive project delivery in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and collaborate with diverse stakeholders to achieve common goals. Proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.
